Group Meeting Space

A dedicated room for daily group sessions, suitable for a 25-person circle, with nearby restrooms and refreshments available throughout the day.

Host Family Breakfast

Creates routine, warmth, and informal connection through everyday family life.

Lunch

A nutritious lunch is served at the center where the group sessions take place. On days with a BBQ or meat dinner, a meat lunch at noon is not required.

Dinner

Packed Dinner and Drinks for the Evening Activity or Host Family Dinner.

Transportation

Includes drop-off, pick-up, and movement between program locations when needed.

Communal BBQ / Activity

A chance to create connection, bonding, laughter, and shared experience with local people.

Shabbat Morning + Lunch / Friday Evening + Dinner

Signature Event for the Wider Community.

Youth Activity

A joint gathering with local youth, including a school visit and a soccer or basketball game.

Cultural Activity & Team Free Evening

Days with a heavier clinical load, when a lighter evening focused on relaxation and team bonding may be beneficial to help participants decompress and recharge.

Community Organization

For all activities, even when the group goes independently, the community is responsible for organizing them.
